Q. How long do you need to prepare sample ?
      Depending on different products, it may take 3-5 days;
Q. How long delivery time for formal order?
    Generally speaking it'll take about 20-30 days subject to your order quantity;
Q. What's your Order MOQ?
      For sample test, can make 1pc at least;
      For standard model, usually MOQ is 1k per model.;
Q. What payment terms do you accept?
      For samples, we accept WESTERN UNION, MoneyGram or BANK T/T in advance;
      For formal order, 30% deposit and balance after goods ready but before shipment;
Q. How much will the express delivery cost for the sample?
      The express delivery cost depends on the sample quantity, weight, carton measurement 
      and which country you would like to send;  
Q. How to ship the goods to us?
      For samples order, usually delivered by carrier like DHL, TNT, FEDEX etc.; 
      For small order, can delivered by air, also can by courier;
     For formal order, usually delivered by sea in order to save transportation cost;
Q. Can we have our logo to be printed on the units or packaging?
     Yes for sure, but MOQ request is 1000pcs/model/order;
Q. How about warranty?
   Our warranty is one year, and we can repair the defective units if you can return it back; Or if you have your
   own service after sales then we can offer you spare parts according to your order quantity; Our defective rate is 
   about 0.1-0.3%;
