Paul Eisenberg and Michael Lifland, former co-presidents of Relay Communications Group Co., Ltd. and division presidents of InSite Wireless Group Co., Ltd., recently announced the establishment of RCG Tower Group, LLC. The new joint venture will specifically create NNN revenue streams for owners by leasing, developing, acquiring and operating co-located rooftop, building and tower wireless communication sites in densely populated urban areas across the country.

"With the experience, relationships and discipline that we have honed in the past ten years, we believe we have a unique opportunity to create an outstanding city-centric tower company in the country, and we are very happy to be able to start operations," said Lifland. The statement said.

Eisenberg and Liftand have led Repeater Communications, which has a history of more than 50 years, for more than a decade. Repeater Communications Group operates rooftop and tower communications sites in the northeastern United States and the central coast of California. The company's services include on-site marketing, handling negotiations, installation coordination, on-site audits, and accounting and bookkeeping. As part of its $3.5 billion acquisition of InSite Wireless Group, American Tower Corporation recently acquired the company.

"For our landlord and carrier partners, this should be an almost seamless transition; the entire Repeater Communications management team is taking action with us. We have marketing rights for more than 3,000 properties, and we continue to Growth," Eisenberg said in a statement. "We already have a strong pending transaction channel, and we hope to complete it in the near future."
